— Two family members are dead and one is in the hospital after a shooting this afternoon at an Ocean Springs home.

Jan and Pieper Niolon were found shot to death, police said.

A man in the home, Thomas Niolon, was found unconscious near a bottle of prescription pills and has been taken to Ocean Springs Hospital.

The trio is a wife, husband and daughter. The daughter is a middle school student, age 12.

The home is at 113 Water Oaks Cove, Ocean Springs Police Lt. John Flowers said.

Details are sketchy at this time, but police do not believe it was a random event. They are calling it a possible domestic-related incident.
