Nuns vs. priests in soccer?
Sisters rule.
Nuns in South Mississippi took on priests in a charity soccer game on Tuesday afternoon to benefit St. Vincent de Paul School, a parochial elementary school on Espy Avenue in Long Beach.
Of course, there were some ringers on the sisters' squad -- three parishoners and a student disguised in habits -- as well as a few female students.
The priests, gathered from around the diocese, had to fend for themselves.
Wearing habits and T-shirts, the sisters defeated the priests 6-4 in the match.
