Absentee voting numbers statewide

Posted on November 7, 2011

Here are absentee voting numbers by county from Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann's office. Hosemann, in a release, said the numbers would indicate a good turnout (absentees are often a good predictor of turnout), but South Mississippi circuit clerks today told the Sun Herald their numbers were about average for a statewide general election so far.
