Feinberg: Audit will vindicate GCCF claims handling

Attorney Ken Feinberg told the Sun Herald today that he expects that an independent audit of the Gulf Coast Claims Facility should be completed by Thanksgiving.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder initiated the independent audit to determine whether GCCF is fairly and accurately handling claims for individual and business losses that resulted from the BP oil catastrophe.

Feinberg said he expects the independent audit to vindicate GCCF's claims handling.
