A co-worker who was reading about my container garden and the growth of my romaine lettuce offered up a favorite dressing she found in Racheal Ray's first cookbook.
Tammy Smith says it's restaurant-quality and while the recipe says it serves four, she says if you are light-handed on the dressings, it will serve 6, so prepare accordingly!
Rachael Ray Dressing for "Jackson Salad" 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar 2 shakes Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients with fork, pour over salad and lightly toss.
Serves 4 or 6.
