Bay St. Louis police investigating shots fired at apartment

— Police are investigating a late night fight at an apartment complex where a shot was fired, authorities said.

Bay St. Louis police Chief Mike DeNardo said a gun was accidentally discharged during a fight at the Pelican Point Apartments in the 400 block of Ruella Avenue about 9 p.m. Tuesday.

No one was hit, he said.

DeNardo expects aggravated assault charges to be filed.
