My blueberry bushes are chock-full of berries that are starting to show a hint of color.
That means the season will be upon us in just a few weeks and I'll soon have fresh, sweet blueberries on hand.
My husband has an easy recipe for blueberry cobbler that uses a cake mix for the topping, so I found a similar one on Cooks.com that you can use. Many cobbler recipes call for canned blueberry filling, but this one, and my husband's call for fresh blueberries.
If you don't have blueberry bushes at home, several places offer U-Pick-Em rates and, of course, the local grocers also carry them.
We'll make sure to give y'all a list of places you can pick your own. And if you have a U-Pick-Em spot, let us know and we'll include you as well!
