— Michael Grimm, with his fiancee, Lucie Zolcerova, was joined by his grandparents Laura and Thomas Butters, broke ground this afternoon on a quarter-acre lot in Diamondhead that will be the Butters' future home.

Grimm, who won "America's Got Talent," promised to build his grandparents a home in Hancock County to replace the one they lost in Hurricane Katrina if he won the talent competition and the $1 million first prize.

The groundbreaking fulfilled the promise and the Butters expect to be in their new home by July.

Grimm is flying to L.A. to tape a segment on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to air Thursday that will promote his self-titled album on Epic Records due May 17.
