Published: March 3, 2011

— Attorney General Jim Hood, on the Coast to talk to high school students about cyber bullying, said this morning that he will hold a series of town hall meetings to discuss the BP claims process with residents.

Hood said he is interested in hearing from residents about how the claims process is going with the Gulf Coast Claims Facility. He said volunteer attorneys with the Mississippi Bar Association and lawyers with the Mississippi Center for Justice to help residents with the claims paperwork.

The meetings currently are scheduled for March 29 in Bay St. Louis and Gulfport and March 30 in Biloxi and Jackson County.
