Ole Miss to air 3D ad at Auburn game this weekend

Published: October 28, 2010

Giant Ole Miss athletes will invade Vaught Hemingway Stadium on Saturday during halftime when Ole Miss unveils the premiere of a 3-D spot produced in-house by Ole Miss filmmakers.

Nearly 65,000 3-D glasses will be distributed at the stadium so that fans can see the spot, which has been an ongoing project for the University Brand Services staff.

It is the first piece produced in 3-D by a university and aired on a stadium jumbotron during a college football game.

Encore performances will be played in 2D and 3D at the Ole Miss website.
