OCEAN SPRINGS -- A Vancleave woman serving as administrator at a personal care home in Ocean Springs has been arrested on eight counts of exploitation of a vulnerable adult, according a release from Attorney General Jim Hood.

Melissa Elaine Webster, 39, of Brice Road, is accused of stealing more than $60,000 from a former resident of the home.
