A summer 'salad' that is more of a treat

Published: May 5, 2010

My sister, Laura, is a wonderful cook who is always bringing dishes to family get-togethers that have all of us asking for the recipe.

This one has got to be one of my husband's favorites. When I told him I was going to make some and take it to a function at work, he was so crestfallen that I saved a portion for him at home.

It's called Grape Salad and while it sounds healthy and tastes delicious, it does have a few calories associated with it, so moderation -- if you can -- is key.
