BILOXI -- Jurors in the trial of Nick Tran left the courtroom to deliberate at 12:25 p.m. today.

Assistant U.S. Attorney John Meyardie in closing arguments told the jury that Tran "violated moral and legal obligations to his community by selling over and over again these prescriptions for most highly abused prescription drugs on the street."

Defense attorney David Morrison said the only conspiracy that existed was the government's conspiracy of trying to "drag Mr. Tran" into a DEA investigation.
