The Who Dat Nation, South Mississippi Chapter, have taken over Edgewater Mall this afternoon.

With an hour to go before five Saints players are scheduled to arrive for a meet-and-greet with Coast fans, the New Orleans Saints faithful began gathering and were lined up out the front entrance to the mall and snaking along the building past the south entrance to Dillard's department store, many carrying jerseys, football and other memorabilia for the Saints to sign.

And that line was just for Marques Colston. Mall officials estimate that more than 3,000 are at Edgewater Mall for the event and began arriving about 9 a.m. to get a good spot in line. One mall official warned people lined up outside that they may not get an autograph because of the response to the event.

Petty Officer 2nd Class J.J. Moss of Chatom, Ala., a master at arms at Construction Battalion Center Gulfport, brought his wife Angie and four children to the mall to meet the Saints.

The lifelong Saints fan said he's been following the team since he was little.

"I've been a Saints fan my whole life," he said. "I used to go to all the home games when I was little because my uncle had season tickets.

"I think this is great. Even though they've lost two games, they're having a great season. I'm excited about it, so I thought we'd bring the kids out to meet the guys and start a new tradition."
