Circuit Judge Dale Harkey has issued a bench warrant for contempt of court against Dominick Glenn Lynd, who failed to show up for his court appearance this morning.

Lynd faces four felony charges in connection with the July 24, 2008, invasion of a St. Martin home.

He is one of four suspects in the case. Lynd was expected to plead guilty to two counts of armed robbery, one count of burglary and one cout of aggravated assault.

He was out on bond at pending his court appearance.
