No relief from the heat today, South Mississippi. The high today will be in the upper 90s, but with the heat index it will feel like 105 to 110 degrees by late morning. The National Weather Service has extended the heat advisory for coastal Mississippi and southeastern Louisiana until 7 p.m. Tuesday. There is a slight chance of rain Wednesday, but only about 20 percent.
