OCEAN SPRINGS -- In unrelated shoplifting incidents over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, three juveniles and two adults were arrested, Ocean Springs Police Department spokesman Michael Pol said.

Two 16-year-old boys were arrested last Wednesday and charged with one count each of shoplifting after they are accused of attempting to steal energy drinks, a video game and a digital camera from the U.S. 90 Wal-Mart.

In another incident Sunday, a 14-year-old girl was arrested on a shoplifting charge after she allegedly attempted to steal a gift set from the Family Dollar store.

Also last Wednesday, Beverly M. Wilson, 66, of Hastings Road, Gautier, and Lynda G. Bell, 60, of Lampkin Road, Moss Point, were arrested after a Wal-Mart employee caught them allegedly attempting to steal two bracelets and a watch from the store.
